Every Tuesday, the World of Warcraft servers reset, bringing rewards from the Great Vault, new weekly quests, and refreshed raid lockouts with it. Here is your complete TWW weekly checklist - everything you need to do when the servers reset in World of Warcraft: The War Within.
The War Within expansion brings tons of new content that wasn't in Dragonflight - weekly scenarios called Delves, a round-based challenge called Awakening the Machine, temporary renown pacts with Nerubians, along with dozens of other renown opportunities throughout the new continent Khaz Algar. If players can make it through the long WoW server maintenance every week, they can complete all of the weekly content below:
All Weekly Activities in WoW: The War Within:
The Theater Troupe is a new weekly event outside of Dornogol that players can do every day, although the first weekly completion results in a Theater Troupe Trove. The Theater Troupe event replaces the Superbloom in Amirdrassil. Players can complete mini events to collect "audience approval" and unlock three additional chests per week. If this is one of your first four weekly events, you'll also receive a Restored Coffer Key to use in Bountiful Delves.
Awakening the Machine is a new event located in The Ringing Deeps. Players must have at least level 3 renown with the Assembly of the Deeps to unlock the quest given by Speaker Kuldras in Gunfargaz. Every week, players have the opportunity to defend Speaker Kuldras through 20 waves of mobs. If players successfully defeat all 20 waves, they'll receive an Awakened Mechanical Cache with the chance to drop the rare Machine Defense Unit 1-11 mount.
Spreading the Light Events are unique renown opportunities in Hallowfall. Players can aid the Lamplighters by completing world quests and defeating rares that drop Radiant Remnants. Players then use Radiant Remnants to feed the flames, helping them burn bright in Hallowfall. The weekly Lamplighter Supply Satchels received from completing Spreading the Light has the chance to drop the rare Dauntless Imperial Lynx.
Azj-Kahet Pacts are new renown opportunities with the Nerubians in The War Within. All reputation for the Severed Threads is earned by completing quests for one of the three leaders. Constantly in competition with one another, they task players with weekly quests to spy on activities around Azj-Kajet.
Leveling up your reputation with The General, The Vizier, and The Weaver all contribute to the overall reputation with the Severed Threads. However, each faction has unique mounts and pets that players can collect.
Special Assignments and Call of the Worldsoul are additional world quests and players can do every week. Special assignments are locked until players complete two world quests in that zone. Completing the special assignment in each zone (Isle of Dorn, Ringing Deeps, Hallowfall, and Azj-kahet) rewards players with a Pinnacle Cache containing gear, gold, upgrade materials, and Restored Coffer Keys.
Nerub-ar Palace. Every Tuesday after WoW server maintenance, players can re-enter the current raid on all difficulties. If you have a guild, you probably have raid times already scheduled. However, running the raid on LFR every week can help players collect Valorstones and Warbound gear for alts. Players should at least do Wing 3: A Queen's Fall every week for the chance to get the Reins of the Sureki Skyrazor.
Weekly Activities Quests in Dornogol rotate every week between delves, dungeons, timewalking, and more. Speaker Brinthe may ask players to complete 5 Delves, run a specific dungeon on Heroic difficulty or higher, or help complete the First Disc with Titan Disc Fragments. Completing the weekly activities quest also rewards players with a Pinnacle Cache.
There's also a weekly reputation quest in Dornogol, where players can complete a task to earn Reputation to the faction of their choosing. Players may be tasked with completing a specific delve or dungeon to receive the rep token. Earning reputation helps players unlock special gear, pets, and mounts in The War Within.
Mythic+ Dungeons (along with raid and world content) let players fill up the Great Vault with reward slots to pick from after the next server maintenance. Players have the chance to unlock up to 9 slots with gear anywhere from Veteran to Mythic track. Each week, Mythic+ dungeons rotate between Tyrannical and Fortified, and players receive a new mythic keystone equal level to the highest key they timed the previous week.
Players that push keys in Mythic+ should try to get the Keystone Master achievement every season. With new affixes added in The War Within, keys are more challenging than in Dragonflight.
Bountiful Delves reset every day, but the opportunity to get Restored Coffer Keys resets weekly. Every week, the first 4 Pinnacle Caches that a player receives will have a Restored Coffer Key to unlock extra loot in Bountiful Delves. Certain world quests and Worldsoul events also give players coffer key fragments that players can combine to create extra keys each week.
Along with all these weekly events, players also have the opportunity to compete in weekly PvP events and level up their professions. Here is a complete table of all the weekly events in The War Within:
