Patch 11.0.7 for World of Warcraft: The War Within is finally here, bringing new mounts, the new Siren Isle zone, and a new catch-up ring called Cyrce's Circlet. Cyrce's Circlet is a customizable ring similar to the Onyx Annulet that we used in Dragonflight. Cyrce's Circlet is unlocked by completing the introductory questline to the Siren Isle.
In this guide, learn how to upgrade Cyrce's Circlet to max item level, where to find all the Citrines on the Siren Isle, and the best Citrines to use for every class.

How to Unlock Cyrce's Circlet
Cyrce's Circlet is the reward for completing the introductory questline to the Siren Isle, called A Song of Secrets. This is an 11-quest chain that brings players from Dornogol to the Siren Isle. Players will then build the gem scanner that they'll use throughout the new zone, discover some ancient ruins, and loot the ring and their first gem from an ancient tomb.
Similar to other customizable catch-up pieces in previous expansions, Cyrce's Circlet has 3 sockets. There are a couple new features coming with Cyrce's Circlet: Players will be able to socket and unsocket gems as many times as they want, and Cyrce's Circlet is the first ring that will physically show on your character.
This ring is given to players at item-level 639 and can be upgraded to item-level 658, the same as a Heroic raid-level item in Season 2. Everyone should farm out Cyrce's Circlet on the Siren Isle since it won't be replaced until you get a piece of Mythic gear or a high Mythic+ item in Season 2!
Unfortunately, players will be gatekept behind 6 weeks of quests. Every week after reset, a new quest for Cyrce's Circlet will release, allowing players to upgrade their ring, access more features on the Siren Isle, and eventually unlock flying on the Siren Isle.
The Legacy of the Vrykul is a weekly quest that allows players to travel in and out of the stormy isle. To complete this weekly quest, players just need to complete small quests marked with a blue exclamation point and other world events around the Siren Isle. This will fill up the bar to complete Legacy of the Vrykul.
Once you reach 100%, talk to Sally Boltwrench near the Zeppelin at base camp. She will take you in and out of the Seafury Tempest.
Where to Find all 12 Citrines on the Siren Isle
The three sockets on Cyrce's Circlet correspond to three kinds of Citrines found on the Siren Isle. The yellow socket holds a Thunder Citrine, the blue socket holds a Sea Citrine, and the pink Socket holds a Wind Citrine.
There are 12 total Citrine gems players can find in the Siren Isle, four of each kind. Collecting all 12 Citrines gives players the achievement A Choir of Citrines.
Collecting all 12 Citrines is a requirement for the Siren Isle meta-achievement "Isle Remember You," that rewards players with the new Breaker's Song mount.
"Isle Remember You" is a criterion for The War Within's meta-achievement You Xal Not Pass which rewards players with the rare Shadow of Doubt mount. If you want to potentially get two rare mounts, you should plan to find all 12 Citrines that can be socketed into Cyrce's Circlet.
There are 12 Citrines players can find on the Siren Isle that all have unique abilities. Since the release of Patch 11.0.7, Blizzard has changed the gem release times. Previously, Blizzard wanted to stagger the release of all 12 gems over a few weeks to keep players invested in the Siren Isle. After player backlash, Blizzard released all 12 gems during the first week of the Siren Isle.
Here is where to find all the Singing Citrines and their abilities:
Roaring War-Queen's Citrine can be purchased from Taljori for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing the quest Legacy of the Vrykul. This gem has a chance to trigger the abilities of effects of four nearby player's citrines.
Storm Sewer's Citrine can be purchased from Apprentice Tanmar for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing the Drowned Lair 3 times. This gem triggers a shield on an ally that absorbs 264000 damage.
Stormbringer's Runed Citrine can be purchased from Angorla for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing the Shuddering Hollow for the first time. This gem grants 440 of every secondary stat.
Thunderlord's Crackling Citrine can be purchased from Didi the Wrench for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing The Drain for the first time. This gem has a chance to zap an enemy for 176000 Nature Damage.
Fathomdweller's Runed Citrine can be purchased from Angorla for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing Shuddering Hollow two times. This gem grants 1400 Mastery and increases the effects of all other Citrines based on your mastery.
Mariner's Hollowed Citrine can be purchased from Apprentice Tanmar for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing The Drowned Lair the first time. This citrine has a chance to bathe three allies in restorative water and heal for 146000.
Seabed Leviathan's Citrine is the reward for completing the quest Serpent's Wrath. It can also be purchased from Taljori for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron afterwards. This gem grants 7600 Stamina and causes enemies to take 8800 Frost Damage while you're above 80% health.
Undersea Overseer's Citrine can be purchased from Didi the Wrench for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing The Drain two times. This citrine has a chance to deal 98000 Frost damage to 3 enemies.
The Legendary Skipper's Citrine comes from the quest Tides of Greed and can also be purchased from Taljori for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron. This citrine has a chance to cast a random Singing Citrine ability at 150% effectiveness.
Old Salt's Bardic Citrine can be purchased from Apprentice Tanmar for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing The Drowned Lair twice. This citrine has a chance to sing a sea shanty to 5 allies and heal them for 123000.
The Squall Sailor's Citrine can be purchased from Didi the Wrench for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after completing the Drain 3 times. This citrine has the chance to deal 82000 nature damage to 5 enemies.
The Windsinger's Runed Citrine comes from the quest Reforged Anew and can be purchased from Angorla for 50 Flame-Blessed Iron after reforging Cyrce's Circlet in the introductory quests. This gem grants 1760 of your highest secondary stat.

More Siren Isle & Patch 11.0.7 Guides
Patch 11.0.7 releases on December 17th and brings more than the Siren Isle. Blizzard also added a new meta-achievement mount for Battle for Azeroth, Jani's Trashpile. This is one of the few mounts where you transform into the mount upon summoning.
Players can also farm out the meta-achievement for The War Within - You Xal Not Pass - rewarding players with the Shadow of Doubt mount.
